The Bar Number does not feed down from the Individual to all affiliated Contacts. After speaking with Julie, this is known and expects to be resolved eventually with process changes involving on-line application and portal changes. Also, once it is efficiently working, it appears we can generate a report to 'catch' all contacts without Bar numbers and systematically update SalesForce accordingly.
