This is regarding the voice to text function within Salesforce. The goal is to figure out a way that is efficient and accurate for Advisors to enter their notes directly into Salesforce for a given appointment. If we can get this function to a good working ability, this will absolutely save time for the Advisor and for their Support Representative as many times the Support Representative is asked to type the notes into Salesforce on their behalf.
