In the future, when an endorsement is discontinued, I prefer that we use the following language:
“The ALTA ________ has been withdrawn from use by the Office of Insurance Regulation and is no longer available for use in Florida.”
Its important that the Member know that while they may have an old copy or a means of producing such form/endorsement on their own, they are prohibited from doing so.
