Pertinent Information Does Not Transfer when Transferring a Contact

A signatory/contact was just transferred from one firm to another. The Bar Admitted Date, Bar Number, Social Security Number, and Birth Date did not transfer over requiring us to manually input this information which increases margin of error. It is likely that DOFS information (License Number and Appointment Date) also don't but this data was not on the contact that was transferred. Not sure if this data did flow over at some point and doesn't now or if it never worked.

    The originating contact was inactive, so there was no IND currently.  However, when the new contact got created the values did not pull from the originating contact.  I will need to test this scenario in Sandbox to see if this scenario was not considered in the build of the workflow.  I spoke with Julie J to look at these contacts together and the steps she took.  I will compile my test cases in Sandbox to try and recreate the issue and determine the root cause.

    Currently an Individual record needs to be attached to a contact for the information to transfer. If a contact does not have an individual record, then one would need to be created first before transferring the contact.
