Setup Escrow Customer

Membership is unable to select the Account Type of Member, Account Sub-Type of Escrow, with the Account Status of Inactive. Get error message: The combination of Type, Sub Type, Status and ATID Category is not valid. Need ability to set up customer as 'Escrow'.

    I apologize. My 'requirement' above is incorrect. It should be Non-Member | Escrow | Inactive. We've never set up these accounts as 'Active' so I don't know the answer to your question. They are typically temporary for billing purposes and we're never told when to inactivate since they're for other departments. Can test if necessary.

    Do you get the same error when setting up the account with the status of Active?
