We wonder if there is a current or future potential for Branch Ed to pull real time clause data from ResWare using BI/Snowflake. For instance, how many times is a clause being used/by which branch/for which Members, etc. As another example, what feedback is being provided to certain new hires so that we can adjust future training or to be more agile and conduct quick pulse checks with new hires.
Currently, we can get reports from Mark Keith, but this is a little time consuming and also we take care not to monopolize his time.
We would like to be more dynamic in our ability to pull useful information – to be more agile and run quick/small reports as needed/desired rather than huge reports, so that we can then use that data to make better decisions.
