We are often asked for the information that the member answers on the Recertification (business split - Resi vs. Commercial; Sources of business; % of business to UWs; etc.). This is often a discussion piece for Advisors and Specialists, but I think the member gets annoyed when they have to repeatedly answer the same questions. It would be helpful for the information they answer in the Recertification to be added to SF so not only the Sales Team can see, but also Sales Management and EMT.
